(1)Raw material preparation
Raw material purchase and inspection: Purchasing high quality raw materials is the first step to produce high quality chicken essence. The main raw materials include monosodium glutamate (monosodium glutamate), chicken meat powder, chicken bone powder, disodium nucleotide, salt, sugar, starch and so on. These raw materials need to undergo strict quality inspection when purchased to check whether the purity, particle size, moisture content and other indicators of the raw materials meet the production requirements, to ensure that only qualified raw materials can enter the production line.
Raw material pretreatment: some raw materials may need to be pre-treated. (2) Mixing and blending

(4) Drying
