Citric acid anhydrous is colorless crystal or white crystalline powder, as an acidifier, it can enhance the acidity of food, improve the taste, commonly used in jam, candy, carbonated drinks, fruit juice and other foods; it can also be used as a preservative to inhibit the growth of microorganisms and prolong the shelf life of food. It is used as an acidifier in fruit juices, carbonated drinks, tea drinks, etc., to maintain fresh taste and regulate pH value, and at the same time, it helps to dissolve and release carbon dioxide in the drinks. Consumers' demand for healthy and natural food additives has increased, and anhydrous citric acid will be used as an acidifier, flavoring agent and preservative in more new types of food and beverage products, such as functional beverages and healthy snacks, in order to satisfy consumers' demands for taste and quality. The application of anhydrous citric acid in the pharmaceutical field is expanding, and the demand is growing steadily. It can be used as pH adjustment, antioxidant and acidifier in pharmaceutical preparations, and as a raw material for the production of antacids, vitamin C and other drugs. With the continuous expansion of the global pharmaceutical market, especially the increase in healthcare expenditure in emerging countries and the improvement of the requirements for the quality and stability of drugs, the demand for anhydrous citric acid in the pharmaceutical industry is expected to further increase. Food and beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries have higher and higher quality requirements for anhydrous citric acid, and in order to meet the needs of anhydrous citric acid production enterprises to expand the production scale, vibration fluidized bed will be developed in the direction of large-scale and high-efficiency. Jiangsu Jinwang continuously optimizes the structure and operating parameters of vibrating fluidized bed dryer, adopts new energy-saving motor, efficient heating and ventilation system, etc., in order to reduce the energy consumption, improve the efficiency of energy utilization, and be able to process more materials per unit of time and reduce the unit production cost. The new equipment has smooth operation, convenient maintenance, low noise and long service life; the fluidization is well-proportioned, without dead space and blow-through phenomenon, so that uniform drying and cooling products can be obtained; the adjustability is good, with a wide range of applicability, and the thickness of the material layer, the moving speed as well as the change of the full amplitude can be realized by stepless adjustment.


Anhydrous citric acid vibrating fluidized bed working principle

(1) Material feeding: the anhydrous citric acid material enters into the vibrating fluidized bed from the feeding port.
(2) Vibrating fluidization: the vibrating motor generates excitation force, so that the material is subjected to throwing force in the horizontal direction, and moves forward continuously along the fluidized bed; at the same time, the hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed from the porous plate at the bottom of the bed, so that the material is in the state of fluidization, and the particles of the material and the hot air are in full contact with each other. Under the double action of vibration force and hot air, the material realizes uniform fluidization, and this fluidization state is similar to the flow of liquid, which can make the material obtain good fluidization effect under low gas velocity, and greatly reduce the energy consumption, abrasion between particles and dust entrainment.
(3) Heat exchange drying: hot air as a heating medium, and wet materials for heat exchange, so that the moisture in the material vaporization into water vapor. As the materials are constantly turning and fluidizing in the vibrating fluidized bed, they are in full contact with the hot air, which ensures that the materials are heated evenly, the heat exchange is sufficient, the drying intensity is high, and the moisture in the materials can be removed quickly and effectively to achieve the purpose of drying.
(4) Gas-solid separation: the wet air carries the vaporized moisture from the material as well as a small amount of dust that may be generated, upward through the cyclone separator to remove dust. The cyclone separator utilizes centrifugal force to separate the dust particles from the wet air and collect them, while the purified wet air is discharged from the exhaust port.
(5) Dry material discharge: after drying treatment, the anhydrous citric acid material, under the action of vibration and gravity, continues to move forward, and finally discharged from the discharge port to get the dried anhydrous citric acid product.

Anhydrous citric acid vibration fluidized bed main advantages

(1)High drying efficiency
Uniform heating: hot air passes through the fluidized bed from the porous plate at the bottom of the bed upwards, while the materials are constantly turned and fluidized under the action of vibration force, which makes the materials and hot air in full contact with the heat more uniformly heated and the heat exchange is sufficient, thus ensuring high drying intensity, and removing the moisture in the materials quickly and effectively, and improving the drying efficiency.
Significant energy saving: as the material under the vibration effect only need to drum into the appropriate amount of hot air can be dynamic drying, compared with the ordinary dryer, its thermal efficiency is higher, energy saving of about 30%, reducing the energy cost in the production process, in line with the energy saving and consumption reduction of the production demand.
(2)Good operation stability
Uniform fluidization: Vibrating fluidized bed makes the material in fluidized state through mechanical vibration, avoiding the problems of ditch flow, stagnant zone, lumping or agglomeration that may occur in traditional fluidized bed, with uniform and stable fluidization, no dead space and blowing-through phenomenon, which can obtain uniform drying, cooling and humidifying products and ensure the consistency of product quality.
Reliable vibration source: the vibration source is driven by vibration motor, with balanced operation, easy maintenance, low noise and long life, which reduces the failure rate and maintenance cost of the equipment, improves the operation stability and reliability of the equipment, and is conducive to long time stable production.
(3)Strong operation adaptability
Good adjustability: the thickness of the material layer, the material's moving speed in the machine and the full amplitude of the change can be realized stepless adjustment, according to different production needs and material characteristics of the flexible adjustment, adaptable to a wide range of granular material crystals to meet a variety of powder and granular mixture of drying, cooling, humidification and other operational needs.
High material compatibility: little damage to the surface of the material, can be used for the drying of fragile materials, and the irregularity of the material particles does not affect the working effect, for anhydrous citric acid, such as crystalline or powdered materials with good adaptability, to ensure that the integrity of the product and the quality of the product will not be affected.
(4)Environment-friendly
Adopting the fully closed structure, it effectively prevents the cross-pollution between the material and the outside air, avoids the material from being polluted by the outside impurities, and at the same time, it reduces the dust emission, improves the working environment, conforms to the requirements of environmental protection, and is conducive to the health of the operators and the sustainable development of the enterprise.
