Service flow

1、Pre-sale:

The establishment of the file, get in touch with the customer, the introduction of the factory technology and equipment related to the situation, to understand the needs of the user, recommend the appropriate equipment, the implementation of test materials and related technical preparations, improve the technical parameters.

2、Sales:

Provide users with relevant drawings, technical information, coordination of user equipment installation and construction, to inform the user of the production speed, production quality. Ensure that the user project progress and equipment manufacturing synchronization and coordination. Handle emergencies, and maintain good communication with users.

3、After sale:

① sent to the user to guide the installation, responsible for commissioning until the delivery of use.
