Carrageenan closed boiling dryer working principle

(1) Hot air formation and introduction: air is heated through the heat exchanger to form hot air. The hot air is distributed through the valve plate and enters into the main machine part of the dryer evenly.
(2) Material boiling and fluidization: wet carrageenan material enters into the dryer from the feeder. Due to the wind pressure generated by the hot air, the material in the dryer to form a similar boiling fluidization state, that is, the material particles are suspended by the hot air, and in the dryer constantly rolling, stirring, and the hot air for full and extensive contact.
(3) Heat and mass transfer drying: in the process of material fluidization, the hot air will transfer heat to the carrageenan material, so that the moisture in the material evaporates quickly. After the moisture becomes water vapor, it is discharged out of the dryer together with the hot air, thus realizing the drying of the material. Due to the large contact area between the material and the hot air, the heat and mass transfer efficiency is high, so the drying of the material can be completed in a shorter time.
(4) System closed guarantee: the whole drying process is carried out in an airtight environment, which effectively prevents the mixing of external impurities and ensures the purity and quality of carrageenan products, and at the same time, it also avoids the flying of the material dust in the drying process, which reduces the loss of materials and the pollution of the environment.
(5) induced air and filtration: induced draft fan plays a role in guiding the airflow, so that the hot air can form a stable flow in the dryer to ensure that the drying process continues. At the same time, the dryer is usually equipped with air filtration system, the incoming air filtration, to remove the impurities and dust, and further improve product quality.

Carrageenan closed boiling dryer performance characteristics

(1)High drying efficiency

Precise temperature control: Equipped with advanced temperature control system, it can precisely set and control the air inlet temperature, air outlet temperature and material temperature during the drying process, so as to prevent the quality of carrageenan from being affected by too high or too low temperature, such as gel performance and viscosity. Generally, the air inlet temperature can be controlled between 60℃~100℃, and the temperature fluctuation range can be maintained at about ±1°℃ to ensure the stability and consistency of product quality.
Uniform moisture content: As the material is in a good fluidized state in the dryer, and heated evenly, the moisture content of dried carrageenan is uniformly distributed, and there will be no local water content is too high or too low, which ensures the consistency of product quality, and meets the stringent requirements of water content of carrageenan in different application fields.
(3)Large operation flexibility
Adjustable air volume and pressure: the induced draft fan is controlled by frequency converter, which can flexibly adjust the air volume and pressure required for drying according to different material characteristics, drying stages and production requirements, so that the equipment can adapt to the drying needs under a variety of working conditions, and improve the versatility and adaptability of the equipment.

The operator only needs to set the relevant parameters on the control panel, such as temperature, wind speed, drying time, etc., and the equipment can automatically complete the drying process according to the set procedure, which reduces the labor intensity and the influence of human factors on product quality.
Data monitoring and recording: Equipped with a variety of sensors, such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, oxygen sensors, material level sensors, etc., it can monitor the parameters of the drying process in real time and transmit the data to the control system for processing and display. At the same time, the equipment also has a data output port, which can print out the data at work at any time, which is convenient for the monitoring of the production process and quality traceability.
(6)Easy cleaning and maintenance of equipment
No dead corner design: the internal structure of the dryer is reasonably designed, with no hygienic dead corner, materials are not easy to be left behind, which is convenient for thorough cleaning and disinfection, and can effectively prevent bacterial growth and cross-contamination, which is in line with the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other relevant standards.
