Vitamin E API Vacuum Single Cone Dryer Process Flow
(1) Feed preparation: first check the equipment status of the vacuum single-cone dryer to ensure that the equipment is intact, the normal operation of the components, no leakage and other issues. Then the vitamin E API material to be dried ready, generally require the material particle size and moisture content and other indicators in line with the scope of application of the dryer.
(2) Feeding: through the feeding device will vitamin E API materials slowly added to the vacuum single-cone dryer's internal. When the water content or solvent residue of the material reaches the specified standard, the drying process ends. In this process, the operator needs to pay close attention to the changes in the parameters to ensure the stability and reliability of the drying process.
