(1) Feeding
Material preparation: the antioxidant 1010 wet material obtained after pre-synthesis, crystallization and other processes, usually contains a certain amount of organic solvents, such as methanol, etc., it is necessary to carry out pre-treatment first, so that it reaches the state suitable for entry into the vacuum disk dryer, generally require the material to have a certain fluidity and particle size distribution.
Uniform feeding: through the quantitative feeder will antioxidant 1010 wet material evenly added to the top of the vacuum disk dryer on the first layer of drying disk, to ensure that the material is uniformly distributed on the drying disk, in order to facilitate the subsequent drying process.
(2) Drying
