Erythritol is a common sweetener, white crystalline powder, odorless, with a cool sweet taste. It is metabolized in the body in a different way than other sugars. Erythritol vibration fluidized bed drying cooling tandem unit process flow

(1) Drying process
Feed: wet erythritol material from the feed port into the vibrating fluidized bed dryer. Usually, the initial moisture content of the material is within a certain range, for example, about 3%.
Hot air drying: the air is heated by the heating device to form hot air, which enters the vibrating fluidized bed from the bottom of the bed. The heating device generally adopts steam, electric heating, etc. The temperature of drying inlet air is usually between 50°℃~90℃. Under the action of the excitation force produced by the vibration motor, the material jumps forward in the given direction, and at the same time, it is in full contact with the hot air and is in the state of fluidization, so as to carry out heat exchange, so that the moisture in the material evaporates quickly. The heat in the hot air is transferred to the material, so that the moisture in the material is transformed into water vapor, and the wet air is led out by the induced draft fan.
Drying discharge: After drying erythritol, the moisture content is reduced to the specified index, such as the final moisture ≤ 0.12%, the dried material is discharged from the discharge port, entering the cooling stage.
(2) Cooling process
Cold air cooling: erythritol vibration fluidized bed cooling process, the new air dehumidification is critical. If the new air into the cooling equipment contains more water vapor, when in contact with the higher temperature of erythritol, it may lead to erythritol surface condensation, so that it absorbs moisture, which in turn affects the quality of the product, such as resulting in the product caking, poor fluidity. Cold air as a cooling medium, after dehumidification treatment, the cooling inlet air temperature can reach about 15 ℃, from the bottom of the bed into the cooling vibration fluidized bed. The material under the action of vibration force and cold air fully contact heat exchange, their own temperature gradually reduced.
Feeding: The dried erythritol material enters into the feeding port of the cooling vibrating fluidized bed. At this time, the temperature of the material is relatively high, and it needs to be cooled in order to reach a suitable temperature for storage or subsequent processing.
Cooling discharge: after cooling the erythritol, the product temperature can be reduced to ≤ 25 ℃ or so, to meet the specified temperature requirements, from the cooling vibration fluidized bed discharge port, and then can be collected, packaging and other subsequent operations.
(3) Dust removal system
In the drying and cooling process, the resulting wet air and hot air will be mixed with some fine erythritol particles and other impurities, into the pulsed bag dust collector, through the filter bag on the tiny particles in the airflow filter interception, to further remove the impurities, so that the discharged gas meets the requirements of environmental protection, to reduce the pollution of the environment by the emission of dust, while also avoiding the loss of materials.

Erythritol vibration fluidized bed drying and cooling tandem unit performance characteristics

(1)Good drying and cooling effect
Uniform heat: vibrating fluidized bed through the vibration motor generated by the excitation force so that the material in the bed presents the fluidized state, and the hot air or cold air full contact, to achieve uniform heat exchange, to avoid the phenomenon of local overheating or overcooling, can make erythritol to get uniform drying and cooling, to ensure the stability of product quality.
High drying and cooling efficiency: the material in the fluidized state and the hot air or cold air contact area, heat and mass transfer coefficient is high, accelerating the evaporation of moisture and heat transfer, thus improving the efficiency of drying and cooling, shortening the production cycle.
(2) Product quality is guaranteed
Reduce product breakage: vibrating fluidized bed on the surface of the material damage is small, for erythritol this crystalline and relatively fragile material, in the drying and cooling process can better maintain the integrity of its particles, reduce the rate of product breakage, reduce loss.
Prevent pollution: the use of fully enclosed structure, effectively preventing the cross-infection between the material and the outside air, to avoid impurities, dust, etc. mixed into the product, to ensure the purity of erythritol and the quality of hygiene, so that it meets the requirements of the high standards of the food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
(3) Equipment operation performance is strong
Good adjustability: the thickness of the material layer, the material's moving speed in the machine and vibration of the full amplitude and other parameters can be realized stepless adjustment, according to different production needs and material characteristics of flexible adjustment, wide range of adaptation to meet the diverse production requirements.
Stable and reliable operation: the vibration source is driven by vibration motor, stable operation, low noise, long life, and the structure of the equipment is relatively simple, easy to maintain, reduce the failure rate of the equipment and maintenance costs, improve the continuity and stability of production.

Resource recycling: the exhaust gas generated in the drying and cooling process can be processed by cyclone separator, bag duster and other dust removal equipment to recover the fine powder of erythritol entrapped in it, which improves the recovery rate of the product and reduces the waste of materials, and is also conducive to environmental protection.
